counters are inside the baggage claim
area, on Level 1 of the Terminal.
Pickup points are reached by courtesy
shuttle van. You can flag down our
shuttles as you see them pass by. Please
keep in mind that Miami International
Airport does not have any rental
car return locations at the terminal
facilities. When returning to the Airport,
please follow the posted signs to your
specific company. Please check your
confirmation email for precise directions
as not all rental desks are sign posted.
